Who we are?
Our company “Kacper” is one of the largest producers of natural leather shoes in the country. We are trusted by customers both on the Polish and global market – half of our production is intended for export. At the Poznań International Fair, as the “Kacper” company, we have been honored with many gold medals. At the same time, we also participate in international trade fairs. The very quality of our footwear is confirmed by the satisfaction of hundreds of thousands of customers around the world.
You can find our salons in Katowice, Kraków, Wrocław and Zakopane.
When were we founded?
The history of our company dates back to 1997, which means that we have been working on our well-established position on the footwear market for over 23 years. At the same time, we focus on continuous technological development and adaptation to the current trends. Since then, we have been constantly trying to ensure that our “Kacper” footwear enjoys the greatest recognition among customers.
Why is it worth choosing our shoes?
Both in the selection of materials and equipment for the production of footwear, our company “Kacper” focuses on the highest quality. When selecting leather suppliers, we put emphasis on the fact that the leathers are produced in the most environmentally friendly way and do not contain any harmful elements. All the semi-finished products we supply are certified – thanks to this, we can provide you with footwear made of the best materials.
During the production of “Kacper” footwear, we use modern sewing and assembly machines, thanks to which the production is efficient and the quality of the footwear is at a high European level.

Ecological approach
In our company, we care about the fate of the planet. In the production of shoes in “Kacper”, we focus on ecology – in addition to purchasing ecological leather, we also manufacture shoes from recycled materials.

Please be advised that Kacper Global Sp. z o.o. implements a project under the Regional Operational Program of the Silesian Voivodeship for 2014-2020 for measure 3.2 Innovations in SMEs entitled “Diversification of the company by introducing footwear for the medical sector to the offer” (application number WND-RPSL.03.02.00-24-0497 / 20).
The aim of this project is to diversify the company, consisting in the implementation of products that will be targeted at the medical sector – dedicated to both medical staff and patients.
The effect of the project will be the maintenance of the company’s competitiveness and existing jobs.
Eligible cost of the project: PLN 112 690.00
Co-financing amount: PLN 95 786.50
Project description:
The company’s activity so far has focused on the production and sale of leather shoes. The company offers products in its own retail outlets and also delivers them to multi-brand stores. Due to the epidemic and limited retail activity, the company decided to diversify its activities and introduce new products to its offer. It will introduce an innovative product to the market, i.e. footwear for the medical sector with antistatic properties. In addition, the leather of the footwear contains silver ions, which show antimicrobial effectiveness against bacteria, viruses and fungi, which will reduce the spread of covid-19.
The products will be directed to hospitals, medical stores and pharmacies. This will allow the company to maintain employment at the current level, open the company new doors to the specialist footwear market and strengthen the company’s competitiveness.

– Reduction of plastic (elimination of reinforcement tapes and threads made of polyester)
– Limiting the spread of the COVID-19 virus thanks to the use of materials combating viruses, bacteria and fungi
